Born in Puerto Rico, Maria was a resident of Port St.Lucie for 21 years, moving from New York.
Prior to retirement, Mrs. Talavera was a Seamstress in New York for 35 years.
Survivors include her husband Severiano Talavera of Port St. Lucie, FL; one daughter, Sonia Talavera of Port St. Lucie, FL and one brother Juan Vargas of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 30, 2011, 3:00PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 103 NW Marion Ave., Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.
