Born in Staten Island, NY, Marilyn was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL since 1982, moving from Trumbull, CT.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Layh of Port St.Lucie, FL; children, The Reverend Susan Bonsteel and her husband Roger, Steven Layh and his wife Maryanne of Jacksonville, FL, Janet Kay of Shelton, CT; five grandchildren, Jeffrey Bonsteel and his wife, Nicole, Sarah Lesniak and her husband Mark, Jenny Layh, Adam Layh and his wife Morgan, Ian Kay and his wife Kim; and six great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Kingston, NY.
