Nandy Persaud Mangroo better known as David Mangru was born on November 11, 1932 at Strangroen, Mahaicony, ECD, Guyana, South America died today, May 4, 2016. He was the eldest son of ten children (Stella, Zara, Elsie, Olive, Clifford, Cecil, Cecilia, Romeo, Juliet and Harold) born to John and Pulmat Mangroo.
He made a career as a Police Officer in the Guyana Police Force for 21 years before immigarting to the USA in 1978. He has lived in Port St. Lucie, Florida for 27 years.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Agnes R. Mangroo, four children, Ruth, Florence, Marilyn and Walter and son in law Chester Stewart, many neices, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday May 10, 2016, 10:00AM - 12:00PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL, with a Funeral Service following 1t 12:00 Noon.
Burial will be at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, Port St. Lucie, FL.
