Riley was born in LA. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past twelve years coming from Peachtree, GA.
He was a member of Sunlight Community Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Preceded in death by his soulmate and wife of 61 years, Rachel Oxley. Survived by two sons, Alan Oxley and Jay Oxley; two daughters, Laurel Simpson and her husband Michael, Lynette Malone; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A memorial service for Riley will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 Southeast Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.
