She was born on September 11, 1953 the 5th of 6 children to Joseph M. Johnson Sr. and Virginia (McFarland) Johnson of Portland, ME.
Brenda attended Portland schools and met her future husband Craig B. Bragdon Sr. They married in September of 1973 and had 5 children together. Brenda was a stay at home mom 'till all her children were in school then worked at Sebago Moc. Inc. later at Pratt Abbott Dry Cleaners until she retired. After retirement she enjoyed being a nanny for her twin grandchildren. She loved her family deeply and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with them.
She is survived by her 5 children, Cynthia Ross of Westbrook, Lisa Michaud and Son-In-Law Donald Michaud of Westbrook, Sherry Morgan and Son-In-Law Shawn Morgan of Magallaway Plantation, Craig B. Bragdon and Daughter-In-Law Gabriel Delano of Sanford, Laurie Basinet and Son-In-Law William Basinet of Westbrook, Sister Donna Morton of Westbrook, Sister-In-Law Debra Johnson of Westbrook, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, several fur babies, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on February 6th at 4pm at Grace Church in Windham, ME.
