Portland, ME – Kimberly A. Mitchell, 54, of Biddeford, ME passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Maine Medical Center. Kimberly is now in heaven with her brother Michael and her sisters Penny, Melody and Kathy, as well as nephew Jeremy Mitchell, and Kimberly’s Mom and Dad Franklin and Sylvia Mitchell.
Kimberly was always the life of the party with a smile that could light up Time Square. She was known for her beautiful blue eyes and a laugh that could turn your frown upside down. She loved to listen to country music and rock and roll and dance the night away. She enjoyed watching the Lifetime channel and Forensic Files. On a hot summer day, you would find her outside in her lawn chair soaking up the sun, with a beautiful sun kissed tan. She enjoyed seeing family and never failed to let then know she loved them.
Kimberly loved her two sons more than life itself and always told them “I love you more”. Her sons were her whole world and she knew that they would do anything for her. Kimberly loved her gold jewelry and lipstick and loved getting “done up” before she went out. She was always the happy one, the one to make someone smile when nothing was going right; she was funny, outspoken and all around a great person.
She is survived by her two boys Aaron and Joseph Mitchell and her grandchildren Kaydance, Juliana, and Landon. She also leaves her brother Franklin Mitchell and Stephen Gerrish and her sisters Cynthia Adams, Renee Mitchell and Rachel.
She will be missed by so many, this world will not be the same without that big beautiful smile and ocean blue eyes. Fly high with the angels, dance the night away and just remember you are always loved.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of her life on Friday, November 1, 2019 a 1 pm at East Point Church, 345 Clarks Pond Parkway, South Portland.
