RoxAnn E (Moore) Russell

Scarborough- RoxAnn Evelyn Russell, 56, of Limington, passed away Wednesday, September 18th, 2013 at the Gosnell Hospice House.  RoxAnn, the daughter of the late Augustus Henry and Ellen Maria (Mills) Moore, was born October 15th, 1956 in Portland Maine.

RoxAnn is survived by her four children, John A. Fletcher, Matthew B. Fletcher Sr. and his wife Laura, and Tandra J. Peterson and her husband Lucas, Diana Andrews and her husband Scott; six grandchildren, Zackery Fletcher, Jayda L. Fletcher, Matthew B. Fletcher Jr., Braydon L. Peterson, Delany P. Fletcher and Reece A. Peterson; spiritual sister Gayle Guerard and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, greatfriends and grandfriends.  Also the father of RoxAnn’s children, John Fletcher.  Besides her parents she is predeceased by her husband, William J. Russell, a brother, Richard W. Moore Sr. and his wife Linda; a sister, Nancy Wing.There will be a celebration of life at 108 Hillcrest Rd, Scarborough, ME, on Sunday Sept 22 from 1-4pm.  There will also be a memorial service to honor RoxAnn on Tuesday, September 24th, 2013 at 4pm at the Wilde Memorial Chapel in Evergreen Cemetery, 672 Stevens Ave, Portland, ME.
