Bruce Fletcher Hall

Bruce was born in Landour, India to the late William D. Hall and Mary Lu Randall Hall. He held a Ph.D in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He was a partner and VP of Marketing Research for Howard, Merrell and Partners. Bruce was also co-founder of his own research company, AnswerStream, and was an author of many publications in his field. Bruce was gifted with great intellectual breadth and a wonderful sense of humor. He was an avid horse enthusiast who loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lana Bruce Hall; brother, David Hall and his wife, Joann of Wixom, MI; sister, Sarah McArdle and her husband, Thomas of Fort Worth, TX.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Saint Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, 5801 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC 27609. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Raphael Catholic Church; or NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
