He is survived by his father Hubert L. Allen, Sr., and his brother, Vance C. Allen. He was well loved by his friends, Craig and Sherry Tataranowicz of Raleigh.
A Celebration of Hubert’s life will be held Tuesday October 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, NC 27609.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
Hugh was down to earth and one of a kind. He had a big heart and cared deeply for his family and friends.
