Celebration of Life Service will be held December 21, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, NC 27609.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Judith A. Malewiacki; son-in-law, Bernie Malewiacki; granddaughter, Jennifer A. Malewiacki; grandsons, Corey, Jason, Shawn; and several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene C. Bond.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Transitions LifeCare.
