Jean Gardner Huie

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Earl B. Huie, Sr.

She is survived by her two sons, Earl B. Huie, Jr. (Rachel Sanborn Huie), of Raleigh and Lawrence Gardner Huie (Suzanne Sherwood Huie ), of Wilmington; grandchildren, Julia H. Wright (Clayton), Hailey R. Huie and David O. Huie.

Her family will receive friends at Community Funeral Home, 1654 State Rd. 24 Bus, Warsaw NC 28, Sunday December 22, 2013 from 5-7pm. A graveside service will be held Monday December 23 at Pine Crest Cemetery, Warsaw NC at 10:00 am. A Celebration of Jean’s life will be held Monday December 23, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church, 112 S Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601 at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Our Hope for Years to Come Fund at First Presbyterian Church of Raleigh.
