Nellie Frances Bradley Enterkin

Nellie Frances Bradley Enterkin died on December 12, 2011 at age 85, in Raleigh, NC. She was born in Macon, Georgia, on March 7, 1926, to Theodore Haden Bradley and Cynthia Cecil Hall Bradley. Frances was the widow of SmSGT I.J. (Jack) Enterkin, Jr. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. An alumni of Louisiana State University and Louisiana Technical University, she worked as a medical laboratory technician and church secretary, as well as homemaker. She had been a resident of Raleigh since 1994.

Frances is survived by her three children: Doug Enterkin of Copperas Cove, Texas; Jay Enterkin, of Efland, NC and Robin Enterkin of Raleigh, NC. Grandchildren Nicole Hulgan and Harmony Enterkin of Raleigh, NC, Jon Mark Enterkin of Copperas Cove, Texas, and Melody Porter of Durham, NC. Great-grandchildren are Dillon Hulgan, Chloe Hulgan, Sydney Hulgan, and Caleb Zlockie all of Raleigh, NC, Adryana Enterkin and Trinity Enterkin of Copperas Cove, Texas.

The family will be receiving visitors at the Brown-Wynne Funeral Home on Millbrook Road in Raleigh, NC on Thursday, December 15, 2011, from 7pm - 9pm. The Funeral will be held on Friday, December 16, 2011, at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home Chapel on Millbrook Road in Raleigh, NC. Interment will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.
