

Norma Jean Kleitsch (Lindsay) of Raleigh, North Carolina, departed her earthly life on November 16, 2025, at the age of 88 to be joined with her Lord and Savior.
She was born on March 16, 1937, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Walter and Virgie Lindsay (Garrett). During her life, she also lived in Kingston, New York, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
She was married for 68 years to Andrew Kleitsch. During her life, she raised four children, three of whom died from Cystic Fibrosis. Her husband, Andy, was her rock during these times of sorrow.
Norma worked as a Key Punch Operator for the MacGregor Sporting Goods Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, and as a real estate broker for Howard Perry and Walston in Raleigh, North Carolina.
She was active at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, serving on the Wedding Committee, the Altar Guild, and, along with her husband, on the Parish Council.
Norma’s passions in life were painting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She greatly enjoyed traveling internationally with her husband, Andy.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Virgie Lindsay, and three of her children: Gregory Kleitsch, Sandy Kleitsch, and Deborah Sahanek.
Norma is survived by her husband of 68 years, Andrew Kleitsch, and her sister, Wanda Davis, of Cincinnati, Ohio, her son and daughter-in-law Andrew and Carolyn Kleitsch (Miller) of Raleigh, North Carolina, her three grandchildren: David Kleitsch of Raleigh, North Carolina, Victoria Harris (Nicholas) of Caseyville, Illinois, and Carrie Stevens (Mark) of Dallas, North Carolina, and her three great-grandchildren: Aubrey and Amelia Harris of Caseyville, Illinois and Bentley Stevens of Dallas, North Carolina.
A visitation will be held at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, located at 1701 East Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC, on November 24, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass is scheduled for November 25, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2718 Overbrook Dr, Raleigh, NC.
The committal service will take place on the same day as the Funeral Mass at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens, 770 Stadium Dr, Wake Forest, NC.
