Robert left his earthly home on June 12th, 2011 at Rex Hospital.
He was born in Baltimore, MD on February 16, 1961. He is the son of the late James R. Lambert, Jr. and his loving mother Mary Ann Lambert.
Robert worked with Radio Shack, PSI and NCR before retiring in 2003. He was a caring, fun loving, dare taking young man who loved hunting, riding motorcycles and playing tricks on his friends.
Robert is preceded in death by his grandmother, Bernice C. Craig.
He is survived by his dear wife of 27 years, Doris; and their son Nathan; sister, Terry L. Sherali; brother, Steven Lambert and wife, Sharon; and 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 pm on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC 27609 to honor this loved one.
