Theo is preceded in death by her beloved husband Len of 50 years; brother, Ted; sisters, Alice and Irene and her parents.
Theo is survived by daughter, Daryl Ann Majkowski of Raleigh, NC and her son, Sam and his wife Lisa; son, Mike Majkowski of Maumelle, AR; son, Craig Majkowski and wife Bridget of Grapevine, TX and their children Leigh Ann, Alex and Lauren; daughter, Kim O’Donnell and husband Joe of Monument, CO and their children Katie and Greg; daughter, Carrie Ryan and husband Bernie of State College, PA and their children Ben and Jenny; son, Thad Majkowski and wife Jenny of Green Bay, WI and their children Jessica and Natalie; daughter, Jill Oblak and husband Tom of Lakeville, MN and their children Will, Chris and Nick; sisters Alby, Julie and Eleanor all of Wisconsin and numerous other loving family members.
