As Jack's and Millie's Red Bluff neighbors, we knew him for only a scant couple of years. It was immediately evident he is a kind, generous, and hard working man. We are grateful to have known him, if only briefly. All family and friends are blessed to have been able to share a lifetime with Jack. Our deepest condolences to all.

Dear Mildred,
I am so sorry to hear that Papa Jack has passed away, he was a great person, man, friend, and neighbor. I will miss him, he had so many great sayings and a big heart.
I was at Dino's Diner today with a friend from high school when Jackie of Dino's informed me of Papa Jack.
Please give my heartfelt condolences to Lily also.
