Linda Elaine Denbo was born November 23, 1953, Garden City, Kansas to Dwight Eugene and Nelva Lea Giles Denbo.
She attended school in Garden City, Kansas, until her father took a job in Santiago, Chile, and Cali, Columbia for five years. When the family returned home, she attended school in Macksville, Kansas until the family moved to Red Bluff, California where she completed school. She graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in Criminal Justice. Linda went to Florida to train as a federal marshal. She worked as a loss prevention director at Mervin’s in the Bay area and later at Talbots for the Sun Belt.
She learned to make jewelry and wooden pens and pencils. She developed a love for wood carving and took craving lessons at the local community college.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents Dwight and Nelva Lea and her brother, Steven. She is survived by her nephew, Shane Denbo, wife, Katerina, and children Kira, Kyler, and Sonia, and numerous cousins.
