Michael Noll Blaney passed away peacefully at home on June 12, 2024. Born in 1971, he was raised in Walnut Creek by his grandparents, John and Eunice Noll. His birth parents were Tom Blaney and Caroll Noll. He acquired his love for the Oakland Raiders and the A's when living in the East Bay.
After graduating from RBUHS in 1990, where he excelled at Cross Country and Basketball, he went on to the College of the Redwoods where he did the same. Transferring to CSU Chico to study literature, he red-shirted for the basketball team and was a proud member of Delta Psi Delta.
Mike worked in Red Bluff. He was a contracted HVAC, and worked for many companies in the North State, and as the owner of Harp Heating & Air. He volunteered over 25 years in his membership of the B.P.O.E.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Margaret Kemp Blaney, and predeceased by his brother, J Alan. He would want those who knew him to remember that one should always be there for a friend and be kind to all, especially animals. " A man should be remembered for what he did, not for who he was."
In memory of Mike, please make donations to local children's activity programs or local animal societies.
