Michael graduated at Escalon High School and later attended Modesto Jr. College.
He was a proud soldier in the US army.
He worked for the Linden Brk Co., Circle S Ranch, Leininger Ranch, L&L Cattle Co., and the last 21 years of his career at the Mt. Lassen Trout Farm.
Michael had an imaginary mind and loved making things. He spent 13 years building his Rock Wall.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ferris and Isabel, his sister Shyla Morris and his son Bryce Daniel.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, his son Shawn, his brother Ted Norgard, his niece Linda Norgard and many more nieces and nephews.
