Our father Norman C. Parsons went to meet the Lord Oct. 28th 2018. He was born at home near Little Rock, Ark. on Dec. 27th 1935. A celebration of life is Sat. Nov. 17th 2018 at 11 AM at Hoyt-Cole Chapel of the Flowers on Walnut Street.
