Ruth Jean Allen (Weibling) passed away peacefully on December 7, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding after a brief illness. She leaves behind 4 children; Danny-Lisa, Rohnert Park, CA, Susan-Bill, Reno, NV, Mike-Donna, Red Bluff, Dennis-Bea, Redding, CA; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held a Hoyt-Ccole Chapel of the Flowers in Red Bluff at 11:00 am, Saturday December 17, 2016.
