

Jimmy shared 55 devoted to marriage with his beloved wife, Bernice Chabolla, a partnership marked by loyalty, laughter, and unwavering commitment. Together they raised three young children - Michelle Chabolla, Michael Chabolla, and Dwain Chabolla (Tammie Chabolla)- first in San Andreas, California, and later in Redding, where they family made their home beginning in 1985.
Jimmy was a proud father and grandfather, cherishing every moment spent with his five grandchildren; Jeremy Moreno, Danielle Chabolla, Joseph Hernandez, Caitlyn Chabolla, and Jordan Chabolla. His family was the heart of his world, and he found his greatest joy in the accomplishments, their laughter, and their company.
Jimmy also had a deep affection for his loyal companions Marley, Cisco, and Poncho - who were constant sources of joy throughout his life. Whether relaxing at home, working in the yard, or spending quiet evenings with Bernice, his dogs were always by his side. Their playful spirits and unwavering loyalty brought him comfort, laughter, and companionship, and they remained cherished members of the family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernadino and Julieta Chabolla, and his siblings Rodalfo, Margarito, and Esther Chabolla, all of whom he held close in memory throughout his life.
A dedicated and hardworking man, Jimmy spent 40 years with Lehigh Cement Plant, where he built lifelong friendships and a reputation for reliability and integrity. He retired in 2004, embracing a well-earned chapter of rest, travel, and time with those he loved most.
Jimmy and Bernice enjoyed exploring new places, tending to their garden, cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, and creating countless memories with their children and grandchildren. His presence- steady, kind, and full of quiet strength - will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Jimmy leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and dedication. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.
