BROWN, Amanda Nicole, 24, of Mechanicsville, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017. Amanda was loved and touched everyone’s heart she ever met in her short life. Amanda fought to live each and every day and never deserved the struggle and pain she endured. Her smile always melted your heart. Unfortunately, Amanda left this world way too early, but she had a purpose while she was on this earth and she affected so many with her beautiful heart and soul. We all know she is now in the heavens and is one beautiful angel and her purpose on this earth will continue to shine throughout her spirit. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Sandra Johnson (Lance); father, Harry F. “J.J.” Brown, III; brother, Jake Brown; step-sister, Samantha Johnson; grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to the owners, especially the nursing staff, of Sola House whom loved Amanda each and every day as she was their very own. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 29th from 5 pm to 7 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
