Barbara O. Flannagan

FLANNAGAN, Barbara Osborne, 69, of Quinton, went home on Friday, Januray 5, 2018. She was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to her family and has been reunited with her Heavenly family. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Percy J. "Rabbit" Flannagan; and her parents, Lora E. and Virginia Mae Osborne. Left to cherish her memory are her step-son, P.J. Flannagan (Ella); daughters, Susan Jennings (Daniel), Wendy Flournoy (Rick), and Carrie Love (Mark); siblings, Steven Osborne (Diane), Laura Robbins (Roger), and Sheri Hedges; grandchildren, Joseph (Bridget), Elizabeth (Dennis), Jeremy (Taylor), Jonathan (Charlotte), Thomas, Rebecca (Justin), Richard, Dylan, Dakota, Devin, and Nicholas; four great-grandchildren, Tiffany, Addison, Jillian, and Waverly; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Adopted into the family fold were also Kenzie and Roger who were an integral part of Barbara's life for the past two years. A Celebration of Barbara's Life will be held on Saturday, January 20th at 1:00 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a reception will follow.
