Cristofer Luna Cortes

Cristofer Luna Cortes, a cherished, kind-hearted, and inspirational young man, passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 18. Born on February 16, 2007, Cristofer was a resident of Sandston, Virginia.

Cristofer was preceded in death by his father, Pedro Luna Pulido. He is survived by his mother, Sandra; sister, Alexia; and a host of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends. Cristofer was a devoted son and brother, who loved his dog, Annie.

A graduate of Highland Springs High School, class of 2025, Cristofer was the captain of the Highland Springs Varsity soccer team and played for the Richmond Kickers Travel soccer team from age 8 to 17. He was a student in trade school studying to be an electrician and worked at Sonic while attending school. Cristofer truly enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and his girlfriend, Jeimy. He always had a big smile on his face and made people feel welcome. He was hardworking and always ready to play soccer.

Visitation will be held on December 6, 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at St John's Catholic Church, located at 813 West Nine Mile Road, Highland Springs, Virginia, 23075. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at the same location.

Cristofer will be remembered for his warmth, his dedication to his passions, and the joy he brought to those around him.
