Deborah Jean Winter departed this world on May 11, 2016. She was but 52. She leaves behind her children and grandchildren; her son, Tony Carl Layne Jr. and children, Noah, Claire and Wyatt; and her daughter, Lindsey Layne Heller and son, Kason; her father and mother, Robert and Nancy Arnold; sister, Christina Ordonia; dear friends that loved her dearly and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her dear grandmother and grandfather, who we know were waiting to see her with open arms. "Debbie," as she was called, was a native of Sandston , Va. and had attended Highland Springs High School.
