MCCARTHY, Dorothy Ann (Zitta), 73, of Highland Springs, passed away on May 13, 2019. She is survived by her two loving children, Lee Ann Villalona (Federico) of Ocoee, FL and Patrick McCarthy of Highland Springs, VA; one grandson, Freddie Shepperd of Mechanicsville, VA; one sister, Judith Zitta Gruber of Mechanicsville, VA; and numerous nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 17th, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, VA.
