BURNETT, Dudley Lee, 68, of Quinton, Va., passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ruth Burnett; and stepson, Michael Lee Taylor Jr. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired carpenter for Hanover County Public Schools after 38 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Burnett; stepdaughter, Teresa Taylor (Lamont Jenkins); and stepdaughter-in-law, Dawn Taylor; grandchildren, Lauren and Dylan; and devoted friend, Allen Perkins. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231 and on Thursday, June 25, from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
