Frances L. Pugh, 90, of Henrico, started her new life on September 6, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harmon Pugh, Jr. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews who were very dedicated to her. She loved her friends and music. She was a charter member of Calvary United Methodist Church, a member of the Eastern Star and a longtime resident of the Masonic Home of Virginia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Masonic Home of Virginia or Calvary United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 9 at the Masonic Home of Virginia, 500 Masonic Lane, where funeral services will take place at 11 a.m.
