H. Leon Mann, of Sandston passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Dot, of 68 years; brother, Harvey A. Mann (Helen); two nephews; and six nieces. He retired from the Department of Housing & Community Development, was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and the Babcock Masonic Lodge. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. with a Masonic Service at 6 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 22, at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 3868 Antioch Church Rd., Sandston, VA 23150. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Henrico Volunteer Rescue Squad or the ASPCA.
