CLARK, Hazel G, 81, of Henrico, passed away May 2, 2016. Hazel was a daycare provider, and loved cooking, collecting jewelry, and decorating for Christmas. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Clark, and her 4 brothers. She is survived by her 7 children, 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. Visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum on Friday May 6, 2016 at 10 am with a service to follow at 12 pm. Interment will take place at Washington Memorial Park.
