He is survived by his parents, Louis W. and Rochelle P. Barlow; three children, Andrew Lee Barlow (Melissa), Ashley Ann Barlow, and Anothony Joseph Barlow; three
grandchildren, Genevieve Marie Chandler, Zayne Andrew Barlow, and Adyn Mikeal Bryant; and one brother, John Ashley Barlow (Lisa). Visitation will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm
and 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA, where a service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016
