Jim enjoyed life and worked hard. He enjoyed traveling for pleasure and also missionary work. He was proud of his company, Imperial Construction and Roofing, and his many rental properties. He spent many happy hours at the Hardee’s at Airport and Nine Mile Rd. with his lifelong friends and those he met there along the many years.
Jim never went anywhere he did not meet someone he knew…he was just one of those guys…
Jim is survived by his ex-wife, Angeline S. Martin; four children, James W. Martin, Jr., Paula M. Terry, Timothy W. Martin (Cherry), and Angela D. Martin; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
