She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace Henry Temple and Catherine Feeney Temple; and husband, William Allen Martin III.
Joan retired from Philip Morris as a Machine Operator.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, William Allen Martin IV; grandchildren, Michael Mathews, Robert Mathews; and siblings, Shirley Taylor, Eddie Temple (Pat).
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in Oakwood Cemetery, 3101 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, Va. 23223.
