AKA John R., Uncle John and Poopaw, he was loved and will be remembered by everyone he met.
He was proud to be part of the Sandston Good Ol’ Boys. He was a horseshoe playing, Chevy driving, Hank III and southern rock listening, fire pit burning rebel with the biggest heart ever.
John is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Father and Daughter.
John is survived by his wife, he loved with all his heart and soul for 30 years, Teresa Sharp; sons, Jeffrey and Jason; mother, Jean Sharp; brothers, Richard (Karen) and Robert (Sandy); grandchildren, Kenny, Kristin, Jada and Jayce (JB); nephews, Stephen, Matthew, Nathan and Charlie (Christi); and nieces Christine, Nicole and Rachel; Ken, Bubba, Phillip, Carver and Brenda are a few of many he considered his brothers and sister; he has a big list of friends he calls family and loved them all dearly.
In an effort to keep everyone safe, services at the funeral home will be for immediate family only. On Saturday, March 20, at 2pm, there will be a remembrance of John R. at his home in Sandston for all his friends he called family.
