Judith Elaine Forloines

Judith (Judy) E. Forloines, 79, of Quinton, went to be with the Lord Friday, February 6, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wiliam H. Newton (Bill); mother, Lillian M. Newton; brother, Linwood N. Stewart (Butch); and grandson, Adam C. Ladd.

Judy is survived by her husband of 46 years, Addison F. Forloines Jr. Sons. Dennis Ladd (Susan), Rodney Ladd (Kimberly), sister, Debbie Jones (David); grandchildren, Robyn Ladd (Josh), Jennifer Mounce (Kelli), Chase Ladd (Emily), Sara Gray (Brennan) and Jordan Ladd. She is also survived by her great granddaughter Adelyn Grace Ladd; nephews Brian Jones, Matthew Jones and niece, Christie Jo Stewart.

Judy loved her family unconditionally. Her children and grand children were her pride and joy. She welcomed new family members with the same unconditional love.

Judy enjoyed having a good time. There wasn’t a gathering she didn’t miss. Next to her family, she loved her numerous friends, especially her “Golden Girls”. She enjoyed NASCAR racing, playing cards, and listening to old rock and Roll and country music on her patio.

The family will receive friends, 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm, Monday, February 16, 2026 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231 where a funeral service will be held 12pm, Tuesday, February 17. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park

Family will receive friends at Bubba’s Bar and Grill, 4000 Williamsburg Rd. Henrico, Va. 23231 following graveside service. Food and drinks will be provided. (Sides and desserts are welcomed)
