Franck, Kathleen “Kitty” Weagley, 89, of Richmond, passed away on Thursday, April 28th, 2016. She was a retired church secretary. Kitty loved Nags Head, North Carolina, where she visited every year for over 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur C. Franck, Sr.; son, David L. Franck; and daughter, Carol Ann Franck. Kitty is survived by her six children, Arthur C. Jr. (Lucy), Wayne "Al", Stephen D. (Renee), Judy F. Bowman (Harry), Joyce L. Franck, and Anne F. Griffin; brother, Robert Weagley; sister-in-law, Martha Wright (Ernest); brother-in-law, Donald Pope; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 2nd from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond VA, where a service will be held on Tuesday, May 3rd at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Henrico Fire Prevention Fund, Henrico Division of Fire, P.O.
