TURNER, Madeline E, 90, of Richmond, went home to be with the Lord on May 30, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Turner; her only child, Billy Turner; a step-son, Butch Turner; a granddaughter, Bonnie Bates; two brothers and three sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, one granddaughter, Belinda Turner of Richmond; one great grandson, Brandon Bates; one great granddaughter, Brookie Bates, both of Richmond; one step-daughter, Juanita Turner French and family, all of Union City, Tennessee; one special daughter-in-law, Mattie Turner of Richmond; two devoted nieces, Geraldine Marshall (Kenny) of Midlothian, VA, and Linda Powers (Kenny) of Chesterfield, VA; nephew, Andy LeMaster; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Another Level Quality Care. Madeline was employed by DuPont and worked there for around 40 years. Visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 11 am with a service to be held at 12 pm. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park.
