He was preceded in death by his son, Randall French, and is survived by his wife of 62 years, Betty French; daughter, Sandra Rickman (David); Daughter in law, Paula French; grandchildren, Eric (Skylar), Jessica (Cody) and Jason; 3 great grandchildren and a large circle of extended family and friends.
Mr. French served in the Army and was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers, Local Union #147 for over 50 years.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, October 4 at Washington Memorial Park.
