Nora Lee Chamberlain

Chamberlain, Nora Lee, 69, of Highland Springs, passed away on May 25, 2015. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Purcell and second husband, Robert Chamberlain; sisters, Shirley Purcell, Ruthanne Fox and Kay DeCheubel. She is survived by her children, Mary (Wayne) Milby, Raymond Purcell, Kimberly Purcell, Tammy (Michael) Nye, Joseph Purcell, Tracy Purcell, Brian (Stephanie) Purcell and Robert Chamberlain; grandchildren, Linwood, Edwards, Amanda Riffe, Jamie Edwards, Roxanne McGee, Ryan Childress, Wayne Milby, Cheyenne Purcell, Shannon Howard, Steven Howard, David Nesbitt, Justin Crompton, Matthew Goldsmith, Christopher Goldsmith, Ashley Roberson, Zachary Nye, Michaela Purcell, Cody Purcell, Billy Purcell Jeremiah Purcell, Helene Porritt, Brennan Purcell; brothers, Lester, Roger and Donald Simmons; sister Connie Johnson; 23 great-grandchildren and a host of friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 5 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and Saturday, June 6, from 12-4pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond VA. A service will be held on Sunday, June 7 at 11 am in the Nelsen chapel with interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park. A potluck will be held at the Nelsen Reception Center, 4660 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond VA, immediately following the burial. Please contact the family about what items will be needed for the potluck.
