Ronald Glenn Duck

Ronald Glenn Duck, 62 of Henrico County, passed away on December 3, 2014, in the presence of his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Glenn Duck; siblings, Gail Mallory and Ray Duck; and a daughter, Sheryl Tilghman. Ronald graduated from Smithdeal-Massey College and was a faithful member of Bishop Memorial United Methodist Church for several years. He was also a dedicated worker for EH Carpenter, Sam’s Club and Verizon. During the holidays, he worked as Santa Clause throughout the Richmond area and was an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins and a diehard Republican. Ronald leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 17 years, Sharon Duck; children, Tina Duck Almond (Howard), Jennifer Williams (Lloyd), Kristie Duck (James), Richard Tilghman (Holly); eleven grandchildren; siblings, Brenda Smith, and Byron Duck; along with a host of other family and friends. The family would also like to express a special thanks to LaShell Jefferson, Lydia Frye and Travis Puetz, his faithful caregivers. He will forever be missed. Visitation will be Friday, December 5th from 4-7 pm; with funeral services, Saturday, December 6th at 10am. All services will take place at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
