Radwani, Ruth Vaughan, 64, of Henrico, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016. She was retired from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Ruth was preceded in death by her mother, Violet Vaughan; and sister, Rosie. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Donna (Chris), Kim (Brian), Skip and David (Donna); 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and her siblings, Tootie, Mike, Robin and Butch. The family will receive friends at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 28. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 29, 12 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park.
