Mrs. Sharon K Mundy

Sharon K. Mundy, 68, of Heathsville, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles R. Neff; and brothers, Sam, Jerry and Bradley Neff. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 37 years, Joseph R. “Bobby” Mundy Sr.; son, Richard P. Gibson II (Tonya); stepchildren, Beth Payne (Tim) and Bert Mundy (Barbara); grandchildren, Kailyn, Andrew (Susan) and Avery; mother, Madeline Neff; and siblings, Charles R. Neff, Larry R. Neff, Tommy J. Neff, Timmy W. Neff, Wilma Thomas and Sandra Wilson Bates. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 28, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
