He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Barbara Brown.
Steve earned his Associates Degree in Carpentry and worked as a Construction Superintendent for EDC. He also served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church. Steve was a member of the VFW and served as a deacon and trustee at his church. In his spare time, Steve was an avid Harley rider.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Lori K. Brown; children, Jeremy M. Kelly, Emmy Koonce (Jason); siblings, Cindy Hatfield, Don Brown (Patti), Norman Brown (Sandy), Tina Hudson, Fred Brown (Susan), Bruce Brown (Nicole); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local VFW or Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church.
