MAYNARD, William Lee, III, 37, of Midlothian, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017. Billy was the owner of Maynard Signs. He loved his family. He truly enjoyed operating his sign business. Left to cherish Billy’s memory are his wife, Rose Duty; two children Sarah and Kayla Maynard; mother Pamela Moore; and father, William L.
