Anthony M. Zerla, 87, of Rochester Hills, passed away on September 15, 2018. He was born in Detroit on August 22, 1931 to Anthony and Josephine Zerla. He received his high school diploma from Rochester High School. Anthony married his beloved wife Audrey M. Zerla on June 4, 1960. He worked as a machine builder for T.A. Systems. Anthony had a passion for playing the organ and taking on small projects, but his greatest love was his family. Anthony is survived by his children, Steven M. Zerla, Anthony Frank Zerla, and Kenneth John Zerla; his grandchildren, Stephanie M. Wilson, Carrie A. Sorgi, S. Daniel Zerla, and Sara C. Zerla; also his siblings, Richard Zerla, Kay Zerla, Mary Uller, and George Gomond. Visitation for Anthony will be on Monday, September 24, 2018 from 2-8 PM at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, MI. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 11 AM, visitation beginning at 10 AM until time of service, at Pixley Funeral Home.
