Barbara Jean Johnston (nee Wilson), 85, of Rochester Hills, passed away on January 12, 2016. She was born in Newmarket, Ontario Canada on February 1, 1930. Barbara graduated from Newmarket High School. She married Chad Russel Johnston on October 3, 1953. Barbara was a homemaker and also worked in sales for Alvins of Rochester. She had a passion for bowling, golfing, and cross stich.
She is survived by her husband Chad, children; Lynne Elizabeth Green, Barry Chadwick (Kelli) Johnston, grandchildren; Aaron Green, Sarah Green, Lindsey Johnston, Jenna Johnston, Olivia Farnum, sister Dorthy Moore and her late sisters; Marie, Elsie, Grace, Eva, Ruth, Kathleen and late brother Bill Wilson; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday January 14, 2016 from 1pm until the time of service at 4pm at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr. Rochester MI 48307.
