Betty Ferrero, as she was known to her friends and family, was born Frances Lorraine Tucker, of Washington, Utah, previously of Rochester Hills, Michigan passed away, at the age of 103, December 19, 2021 in Washington, UT. Betty was born on June 8, 1918 in Highland Park, Michigan to Sarah Priscilla and Benjamin H Tucker. She married Glenn P. Ferrero in 1938 and was blessed with 70 years before his passing in 2008. She retired after 25 years in 1986 from Foamade Industries in Royal Oak, MI as a receptionist. She and Glenn were very active in the Romeo, MI Elks and St John Lutheran Church volunteering their time. The two enjoyed entertaining, golfing and travelling with friends.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Glenn P and son Glenn I Ferrero. She is survived by her daughter Priscilla Matteson (Bob), Daughter-in-Law MonaLee Ferrero Kubik, six Grandchildren, Tammy Outland (Craig), LeeAnn Prestel (Paul), Andrea Piraino (Michael), Jamie Jacobs, Richard Jacobs (Lisa) and Colleen Persinger (Todd) eleven great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Betty lived a very active life at Bellbrook in Independent living in Rochester Hills, MI for nine years until her move in 2018 to UT to be with her daughter and son-in-law. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. She will be sorely missed by all those who knew her.
