Cathy was born the daughter of Lauran and Ethel (Swift) Losey on April 6, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan. She grew up in Troy, Michigan and graduated from Kimball High School in Royal Oak, Michigan, class of 1972. Cathy became a licensed cosmetologist and styled hair for so many over the years. Cathy began cutting Rick Webster’s hair in 1978, but it was not until 1987 when the two began to date, marrying on April 26, 1991, at Rochester downtown park. The couple made their home in Lake Orion. Cathy volunteered with special needs children, often playing guitar for them.
Cathy loved her husband, family, and friends. She was especially caring in her service to her clients at the salon. She loved her dogs. Cathy enjoyed many years of travel with Rick overseas and to upper Michigan.
Cathy is survived by her husband Rick Webster; siblings Lauran (Pat) Losey II, Sharon Smith, and Penny (Jay) Tolonen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Cathy was predeceased by her parents and sister Vicky Losey.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday September 5, 2025, from 4-8pm with a sharing of memories at 7pm at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 West University Drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan.
