Dallas Walls Spencer, age 88, of Rochester Hills, was born September 28, 1937 and passed away October 16, 2025 at home. Beloved husband of Brenda Spencer for 56 years. Loving father of Deleasa (Dane) Ayers, the late Angela Diane Clyne, and Melissa (Kirk) Zmyslowski. Proud grandfather of Adam Ayers, Alyssa Dutcher, Amber Ayers, Nicole Clyne, Amanda Abate, Caren Clyne, Haleigh Zmyslowski, and Hannah Zmyslowski.Cherished great-grandfather of Aubree Dutcher, Kinsley Lewis, Lilliana Lewis, Martin Preseau, Blake Abate, Brooklyn Abate, Bailee Abate, Briella Abate, Arielle Haelterman, William Haelterman, and Spencer Haelterman. Dear brother of Nogale (Carol) Spencer and Claudetta (the late Rick) Stamper. Dallas was preceded in passing by his parents and seven siblings.

Dallas was a man who found joy in the simple, meaningful things in life. He loved tending to his garden and spending time with his family, often pausing to watch the squirrels and the birds, especially the bright red cardinals and lively hummingbirds, that visited his yard. A proud U.S. Marine, Dallas served his country with honor and carried that same dedication into his life as a hardworking automotive worker. He had a deep love of history and could often be found reading a good book, always eager to learn and reflect on the past. Dallas will be remembered for his strength, kindness, and the quiet wisdom he shared with those around him.
